Gina Consylman joined Ironwood in 2014 and oversees finance, tax, investor relations, communications and corporate strategy and corporate development. She has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting and tax. Prior to joining Ironwood, Gina was vice president, corporate controller and principal accounting officer at Analogic Corporation (acquired by funds affiliated with Altaris Capital Partners, LLC), then a publicly-held healthcare and security technology solutions company, where she oversaw the company’s global accounting and treasury teams. Prior to her work at Analogic, Gina served as senior director, corporate accounting at Biogen Inc., where she led the accounting teams for the corporate and U.S. commercial business units, and as corporate controller at Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (acquired by Applied Materials, Inc.). Gina, a Certified Public Accountant, began her career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP. She currently serves as the Audit Committee Chair on the Board of Directors of Verastem, Inc. She holds a B.S. in accounting from Johnson & Wales University and an M.S. in taxation from Bentley University.
